Project Title: Buffer-Enhanced Oral Delivery Systems: A New Era for Insulin Biosimilars

 

Objective: To develop buffer-enhanced systems to improve oral bioavailability and stability.

Role: Will design and evaluate buffer-enhanced formulations, focusing on pH stability and absorption rates.

Tools: HPLC will be utilized for formulation analysis, pH meters, and bioavailability assays in gastroenvironments.

Outcome: Aims to achieve a 20% increase in insulin bioavailability, for enhanced stability in oral insulin.
